If America does not meet its promise- Kim Jong warns of his New Year:- Seoul, South Korea: Under the United Nations Security Council’s many restrictions, it has banned the programs of nuclear and ballistic missile weapons, which have seen it capable of completing six nuclear tests and reaching the rockets to the entire American Mainland.

North Korea can consider a change in attitude on the nuclear-armed country, leader Kim Jong Un in his new year’s speech on Tuesday after a 12month diplomatic tie-up.

“If America does not keep its promise to the whole world … and emphasizes restrictions and pressures on our republic,” Kim said, “we can not leave a new method to protect sovereignty and interests. “Kim was referring to his summit with American President Donald Trump in Singapore in June, when he said that he had “fruitful talks” and “exchanged creative ideas”.

While the two leaders signed a vague pledge on nuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, but progress with Pyongyang and Washington stopped because of what it means.

The answer is, under the United Nations Security Council’s many restrictions, it has banned the programs of nuclear and ballistic missile weapons, which have seen it capable of completing six nuclear tests and reaching the rockets to the entire American mainland.

In a speech broadcast by North American State Television, Kim said in his address, “I am ready to sit with the US President at any time in the future and will try every way that will be welcomed by the international community.”.

But he said that the United States and South Korea should not do joint military exercises – which has been largely halted since the Singapore meeting – such practices are called “sources of stress”.

“Apparatus  related to war – including planned assets of external powers – should not be allowed to be brought in now.”They said.

Seoul and Washington are in a security alliance and the US deploys 28,500 soldiers in the south to protect against their neighbours, who invaded in 1950.
