CBSE launches two level Maths Paper for the Class 10 examination: CBSE Class 10 Mathematics Level-2 will be easier than current level. Those candidates who do not want to pursue mathematics in their higher education can opt for this, but for those who want to advance mathematics, the current level is ‘standard’ for them.

In order to provide relief to thousands of students who are scared of math, there will be two levels of mathematics exam for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) from 2020 to class 10. In addition to the existing level, an easy mathematical syllabus will be introduced under Level 2. According to an official circular by the CBSE, the current mathematics subject will be called mathematical-standard and the simplest level will be called mathematics.

Students who fail in the Mathematics-standard examination or get a compartment, they have the option of sitting in the compartment examination at any of the two levels. “Courses, classroom teaching and internal evaluation will remain the same for both levels of examination; So that students have the opportunity to study the full range of subjects throughout the year and they can determine the level of board exams based on their qualifications and abilities according to official qualification. CBSE launches two level Maths Paper for the Class 10 examination

CBSE Class 10 Board Examinations: In order to reduce the pressure of millions of students, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to launch two-level examination in the Class-10 Math Board Examination. Those students who are present for the examination with basic-level, will not be considered for pursuing mathematics at higher education level.

For furtherance of mathematics in higher education, the Mathematics-standard qualification exam will be held. The students will have the right to choose between two levels and they have to submit their preference to the list of candidates (LOCs) before the board.

Last month, the Board has issued a Datasheet for Class 10 and Class 12 Board Examinations. Class 12 board exams will begin on 15th February and will end on April 3, whereas board examinations of CBSE Class 10 will begin on February 21 and will run till March 29.
