BPSC 66th Mains Exam 2021: Bihar Public Service Commission has extended the last date of registration for BPSC 66th Main Exam 2021 (BPSC 66th Mains Exam 2021). Now candidates can apply till May 10, 2021, to appear in this exam. In such a situation, all those candidates who have passed the prelims examination can apply for the main examination. To apply, candidates have to apply by visiting the official portal bpsc.bih.nic.in.

The commission has also extended the last date for sending documents. According to this, now the candidates can send the documents to the concerned office till 17 May, whereas earlier it was 7 May. At the same time, candidates are advised to mention their registration number, bar code and application number on hard copy in the documents being sent for verification. Let us know that through the BPSC 66th Combined Competitive Main Examination, 562 vacancies are being organized in various departments under the Bihar State Government to fill the posts. Of this, 169 posts are reserved for women. At the same time, the candidate will have to visit the official site for more information related to this recruitment process.

The main examination will be of three subjects. It consists of Hindi (100 marks) and two papers General Studies (300-300 marks). Apart from this, it is mandatory to keep any one of the 34 subjects given in the notification of the Commission. It will be of 300 digits.

Recruitment on these posts

According to the released notification, the recruitment will be done in the government departments under the state government in the BPSC 66 Combined Competition Examination. A total of 562 vacant posts will be filled under this recruitment. To apply for these posts, the candidates will have to visit the official website. Of this, 169 of the total vacancies have been reserved for women candidates.

8997 candidates will give Mains exam

According to the released notification, the results of the 66th 66th Joint Prelims Exam were released on 24 March 2021 by the Bihar Public Service Commission. The prelims exam was held on 27 December 2020 at the headquarters of 35 districts of Bihar. Also, on 14 February 2021, re-examinations were held at two centers in Patna. A total of 280882 candidates appeared in the preliminary examination. Out of which 8997 candidates passed for Mains examination.

Exam pattern

The Main Examination (BPSC 66th Main Exam 2021) will be of three subjects. It consists of 100 marks in Hindi subject and 300 papers of 300-300 marks in General Studies. Apart from this, it is mandatory to keep any one of the 34 subjects given in the notification of the Commission. It will also be of 300 marks.
