Eligibility criteria for BHEL Recruitment 2019

Engineer (Civil) – Full-time undergraduate degree in engineering/technology in civil engineering. Or 5% integrated university degree or accredited Indian University / Institute with a minimum of 60% marks for General / OBC Dual-degree Program in Engineering or Technology, and 50% marks for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribe candidates. Engineer (Electrical) – Full-time undergraduate degree in engineering/technology in electrical engineering. Or a total of 50% marks for the SC / ST candidates, with a total of 60% marks for the general / OBC and general / degree of degree engineering in engineering or technology in electrical engineering from a recognized Master’s degree or accredited Indian University / Institute. And post qualification experience (3 years).

Supervisor (Civil) – Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Indian University / Institute with minimum 60% marks for General / OBC and 50% marks for SC / ST candidates and a minimum of 3 years Qualification experience

Supervisor (Electrical) – Full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized University / Institute with total 60% marks for General / OBC and 50% marks for SC / ST candidates and minimum qualification experience after 3 years

Age limit (on 01.04.2019):

  • Engineer trainee: 27 years (29 years for candidates who are postgraduate in engineering or business administration/management)
  • Executive Trainee (HR) / (Finance): Under 29 years
