Bihar connection of Aryan Khan drugs case: NCB to remand two Mumbai smugglers lodged- The connection of the famous cruise drugs case of Mumbai is connecting with North Bihar and Nepal. Mumbai NCB had arrested eight people along with actor Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan at a drugs party. One of them is a relative of drug smuggler Vijay Vanshi Prasad, lodged in Motihari Central Jail. Vijay is a resident of Kurar Village in Malad East, Mumbai. His companion is Mohd of Shivshikt Mandal Ambedkar Sagar of Malad East. Usman Sheikh is also lodged in Motihari Central Jail. Both the drug smugglers will be taken by the Mumbai NCB team (Narcotics Control Bureau) on a seven-day transit remand for interrogation. The paperwork for this has been completed. NCB team and Kandivali West police station are camping in Motihari. A case is registered against Vijay and Usman at Chakia police station in Motihari. Inspector Sandeep Kumar of Chakia police station, IO of this case has confirmed this.

According to sources, eight people who were arrested along with Aryan during a drugs party on the cruise include a relative of drug smuggler Vijay Vanshi Prasad, lodged in Motihari Central Jail. In the interrogation of NCB, he has given information regarding Vijay Vanshi Prasad. He told that Vijay is lodged in Motihari Central Jail in Bihar along with his associates. After this, NCB got in touch with Motihari Police and Jail Administration and inquired about it. After completing the judicial process, Usman and Vijay have been remanded and ready to take them to Mumbai. Earlier, NCB Mumbai had sought information from the city police station of Muzaffarpur and Chakia police station of Motihari regarding drug smugglers of Nepal and Maharashtra who are in jail. Apart from this, the updated status of the case and the attested copy of the FIR were sought, which was made available to the NCB.

Records of smugglers from Nepal and Muzaffarpur searched

The people caught on the cruise with Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan have also made many revelations. The network of drugs suppliers is connecting with many smugglers of Muzaffarpur in Nepal and North Bihar. If sources are to be believed, information has also been taken from the police about three smugglers from Nepal lodged in Muzaffarpur Central Jail and three from Katra Pahsaul in Muzaffarpur. His criminal record is also taken. It is said that Deepak Yadav alias Tarzan alias Baba of Malad West, Maharashtra is the kingpin of this syndicate. Usman, Vijay, Prakash of Nepal, Satwik, Sanjay and Gaurav Kumar, Banso Kumar, and Rupesh Sharma of Katra Pahsol of Muzaffarpur used to work for Deepak. By car, everyone used to smuggle drugs from Nepal to Maharashtra by road.

All the smugglers were caught on 19 September

On 19 September 2020, the police of Muzaffarpur’s city police station arrested six from Saraiyaganj and Balughat and two (Usman and Vijay Vanshi) from Chakia by Motihari police with a huge quantity of ganja. A case has been registered against them in the city police stations of Chakia and Muzaffarpur. The police of the city police stations of Chakia and Muzaffarpur arrested Mohd. Chargesheet has been filed against Usman, Vijay Vanshi, Prakash, Satwik, Sanjay of Nepal, and Gaurav Kumar, Banso Kumar, and Rupesh Sharma of Katra Pahsol of Muzaffarpur in Muzaffarpur and Motihari courts. This has been confirmed by the IO of the case, Sunil Kumar Pandit and Sandeep Kumar.

The kingpin could not be arrested

The gangster Deepak Yadav alias Tarzan alias Baba, a resident of Malad West, is still dodging the police. He could not be arrested.
