Lakhimpur Violence: ‘Rail-Roko’ agitation by farmers’ union today- demanding resignation- The United Kisan Morcha (SKM) has called for a six-hour nationwide ‘Rail Roko’ agitation on Monday, demanding the removal of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni from the Union Cabinet over the Lakhimpur Kheri incident. Let us tell you that Ashish Mishra Teni, the son of the Minister of State for Home, is accused in this case. A statement issued by the umbrella body of farmers’ unions on Sunday said, “In order to press for the demand for the dismissal and arrest of Ajay Mishra, so that justice is secured in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence, the SKM organized a nationwide rail operation on October 18.” Stop program is announced.”

SKM has given a call to its constituents to stop rail traffic for six hours between 10 am to 4 pm on 18 October. The SKM has called for peaceful agitation without damage and to avoid any damage to any railway property.

The statement said, “SKM is demanding the dismissal of Ajay Mishra Teni from the Council of Ministers. It is very clear that Ajay Mishra is the Minister of State for Home Affairs in the Central Government. Without his resignation, justice in this matter would not have been secured.” May go.”

Let us tell you that a total of eight people, including four farmers, were killed in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence. The SKM had alleged that Ashish Mishra shot a farmer while others were crushed by his vehicles. However, MoS Teni had denied the allegations saying that his son was not present at the spot. Ashish also reiterated the same and denied the allegations of SKM. Later, three people including Ashish Mishra were arrested in the case.
