Raj Kundra sent to 14-day judicial custody in pornography case- Arrested businessman Raj Kundra in a pornography case has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. He is accused of producing an obscene film and spreading it through a mobile app. The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police had disclosed about the making of pornographic film and uploading it through apps. Although Mumbai Police had sought 7 days of police custody for Raj Kundra to get more information related to the case, the court refused the request of Mumbai Police.

Earlier, the court had ordered to send Raj Kundra to police remand till July 27. After which the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police went to his house with Raj to investigate the matter. Along with Raj Kundra’s house, his office was also searched, from where the crime branch has also recovered some videos from a secret locker. Let us tell you, in a press conference this month, Mumbai Police had named Raj Kundra as the main conspirator in the pornography case and also said that there was enough evidence against him. Along with this, the name of Raj Kundra’s former assistant Umesh Kamat was also taken. So far many arrests have been made in this case. Including Raj Kundra to his IT head Ryan Thorpe.
