Sources say Mayawati and Akhilesh met for an hour to discuss the last list of candidates for Lok Sabha elections 2019. Both leaders will hold one or two meetings in the coming days in view of elections.

Mayawati is reportedly annoyed with Priyanka’s meeting with Chandrasekhar and sources say that there is a possibility to announce the names of candidates from Amethi and Rae Bareli, from where Rahul and Sonia contest elections.

On Tuesday, after the BSP washed the Congress, Mayawati announced that there will be no alliance with the Congress at the state or at any other level, the relationship between the two parties has reached the all-time low of all time. Meeting Meerut and meeting a political work is the first step of its kind in the newly appointed General Secretary of the UP East.

Priyanka Gandhi became heavily involved in the Yogi Government for his alleged police harassment attitude towards political leaders. Priyanka Gandhi described this trip as a courtesy of Chandra Shekhar and said that no politics should be seen behind it. For the latest updates and trending news, you can visit
