Lokesh Daga tweeted, “Hello @amazonIN. Ordered the Colgate Mouth Wash via ORDER # 406-9391383-4717957 and instead received @RedmiIndia Note 10. Since the mouthwash is a consuming product, it cannot be returned and I am unable to request a refund through the app. ”
Also, he said, “However, upon opening the package, I can see that the packaging label had my name on it but the invoice belonged to someone else. I have also emailed you to get the product to the right person.”
