Now you can watch web series for free, Amazon brought new service, no subscription required- Popular e-commerce website Amazon has launched a new video streaming service miniTV. Through this, users will be able to see a lot of content including web series, comedy shows, tech news, food, fashion and beauty. The special thing is that users do not have to pay for this service. However, they will definitely be shown advertisements. Amazon MiniTV is available on the company’s shopping app only. Amazon said in a blogpost, “With the launch of MiniTV, on the Amazon.in shopping app, customers will now be able to purchase and pay as well as watch free entertainment videos.”
MiniTV will be different from prime video
Currently the new video streaming service is available only for Android users. iOS and mobile web versions will also be released in the coming months. Amazon claims that a lot of new and exclusive videos will be coming on this platform in the coming weeks. The thing to note here is that both Amazon Prime and MiniTV are two different platforms.
Amazon stated that MiniTV is completely free and does not require a separate app. It is present in the company’s shopping app itself. At the same time, Prime subscriptions are required for Prime Video, where award winning Amazon Originals, latest movies, TV shows can be seen in English and 9 Indian languages. An app is required to access Prime Video.

Amazon has partnered with several veteran channels and comedians for Mini TV. It includes popular content creators like TVF, Pocket Aces, Ashish Chanchalani, Amit Bhadana, Round 2 Hell, Harsh Beniwal, Shruti Arjun Anand, Elvish Yadav, Prajakta Koli, Swagger Sharma, Akash Gupta. Apart from this, viewers will also get to see content on tech, fashion and beauty. Videos of Kabita Kitchen, Cook with Nisha and Goble will be seen for Food Lovers.
