Corona vaccine will be available in medical stores from May 1

A single dose of the Russian vaccine Sputnik-V will be priced at Rs 995.40, however, when the Sputnik-V vaccine starts to be manufactured in India, it will cost less.

Another vaccine Sputnik-V will also be available in the market from next week onwards, after Kovishield and Kovacine amid growing infection of Coronavirus in India. Giving information about the import of Sputnik in India, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories said that about 1000 rupees will have to be spent for the vaccine.

One dose of Sputnik-V vaccine costs Rs 995.4

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories said that the price of Sputnik-V imported is Rs 948, which will attract a GST of 5 per cent. After this, the cost of the vaccine will be Rs 995.4. However, when the Sputnik-V vaccine starts to be manufactured in India, it will cost less.

Sputnik’s first consignment reached India on 1 May

The first shipment of Sputnik-V made in Russia (about 1.5 million doses) reached India on May 1 and the second shipment will also come in a couple of days. Doy Reddy’s Lab said that this vaccine has been approved by the Central Drugs Regulatory, Kasauli on May 13 and will be available in the market from next week. While launching the vaccine soft, Dr. Raddys Lab on Friday administered the first vaccine dose to a person in Hyderabad.

343144 new cases surfaced in 24 hours across the country

According to the Union Health Ministry, 3 lakh 43 thousand 144 people have been infected with Coronavirus in India in the last 24 hours, while 4000 people died during this period. After this, the total number of corona infected in India has increased to 2 crore 40 lakh 46 thousand 809, while 2 lakh 62 thousand 317 people have lost their lives. According to statistics, 3 lakh 44 thousand 776 people have been cured in the last 24 hours across the country, after which the number of people recovering from Kovid-19 has increased to 2 crore 79 thousand 599. Along with this, there has been a decline in active cases across the country (Coronavirus Active Cases in India) and 37 lakh 04 thousand 829 people are being treated all over the country.
