MNS pasted poster on Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow before BMC action- The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has been preparing to demolish a wall of Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘Pratiksha’ bungalow in Juhu for almost a week now. Now the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has put up a poster outside Amitabh’s bungalow on Wednesday night. It is written in the banner ‘Big b show Big heart’ According to this poster, show ‘Big B’s big heart’. Actually, Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow is on Sant Dnyaneshwar Marg and BMC wants to widen this road, due to which a wall of Amitabh’s bungalow will have to be demolished.
Every day there is a jam in front of Amitabh Bachchan’s house. Therefore, BMC wants to widen the road adjacent to Amitabh’s bungalow to 60 feet, currently, the width of this road is 45 feet. Earlier in the year 2017, BMC had sent a notice to Amitabh Bachchan, but Big B has not given any reply to this notice so far.
According to a report, ‘BMC has ordered the officials of Mumbai Suburban Collector City Survey to give the exact details of the part of the bungalow that needs to be demolished for road widening.
Municipal councillor’s lawyer Tulip Brian Miranda was asked that apart from Amitabh Bachchan, there are other houses around this road, then why is the talk of breaking the wall of Amitabh’s bungalow only. To this Tulip said, ‘A drain was built on the plot adjacent to Amitabh’s bungalow, but nothing was done to the actor’s house. On the other hand, this project is very urgent, as there are some schools, ISKCON temple and Mumbai monuments around this area and the project was suddenly stopped due to Amitabh’s bungalow.
